Christmas is just around the corner! But as usual, in this tropical land of ours, it’s still steaming hot outside, so we can pretty much forget all our snow fantasies now. There are still lots of other means to cool off though, and one of our favorite ways to do so is with a freshly smashed cup of Cold Rock Ice Cream.

Now, since we at Southbound (and the folks at Cold Rock) staunchly believe that Christmas is a season for sharing, we’ve got a bunch of Cold Rock gift certificates lined up for you! All you have to do is blog about your most unforgettable Cold Rock experience (complete with cool pictures, if you have any).   9. I am an Australian Pastora/Missionary here in the Philippines, I have been here for nearly three years and love living in the Province. When I saw Cold Rock this week unexpectedly I was THRILLED! I drooled at the counter and imagined eating some of those Yummy Aussie treats, but on a local salary it was impossible. You would make my day in offering me a gift certificate…. delicious!!!!!
